R Receptionist (urgent)
Responsibilities:
- Arrangement and management of corporate vehicle, arrangement of daily trips, duties and business trips of drivers. Cooperate with taxi companies;
- Book and purchase travel ticket in according with company procedures management of daily post, mail registration;
- Attendance control of office staff and periodical reporting ( weekly, monthly basic). Preparing financial reports;
- Temporary fulfill responsibilities of other secretaries upon request . Assistance to other department and staff upon request.
Requirements:[
- Bachelor degree;
- Fluent in English;
- Computer literacy (PPT, Excel, Word);[/font]
- Service oriented, communication and negotiation skills, positive thinking, able to manage time, willing to accept corporate culture. Responsible and goal oriented, quick learner , good manners.
2. Business Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Quality System construction and implementation, including problem handling, managed service project delivery process standard monitoring and management, internal control and other quality management work
- Project income management, cost forecast, cost control and other daily business management work;
- FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate) Management.
Requirements：
-Bachelor degree with telecom background preferred;
- More than 2 years working experience, mainly responsible for business management or cost/project management;
- Chinese language speaking is preferred (but not as must);
- Result-oriented, patient and communicative.
3.Bidding Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pre-sales bidding projects in Telecommunications field;
- Working with bid documents (requests from customers): product solutions design, response to RFI/RFP/RFQ, proposal writing, statement of compliance response, etc.;
- Communication within international team members to resolve working items
Requirements：
- Bachelor's degree in ICT (IT or Telecommunications) engineering or equivalent;
- Working experience in the related field is preferable but not mandatory;
- Proactive, hard-working, adaptive for different projects implementation simultaneously;
- Good English knowledge.
