Brand Manager (Givenchy)
"LVMH-Perfumes & Cosmetics Kazakhstan" is an division of the French multinational luxury goods concern LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy). Our brands are such historic Houses such as Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy and Guerlain, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua di Parma.

Developing, adaptation and execution of Brand marketing strategy;
Achievement of strategical goals in: products, distribution, pricing, communication, organizational structure, employees, building of external and internal communication;
Hold full responsibility for the Brand P&L: realize effective controlling of financial & economical activity and delivering of achievement of financial targets and following the budget in terms of sales volume, Brand margins, terms of debits, effective management of financial flows.
Following of Brand image, demonstrating an example of relationships with clients, partners and personnel.
Adapt merchandizing, advertising strategy to local environment.
Develop commercial strategy on a local market through different sales channels.
Lead negotiations and build effective business relationship with Brand HC, dealer network, other P&C Brands.
Discuss with clients commercial conditions of promotion and realization of production, initiate and coordinate mutual activity to achieve Brand targets.
Analyze and foresee market demands; taking into account company possibilities, adopt company Brand structure and strategy to market demands.
Develop and effectively deliver Brand action plans, prepare and uphold yearly budgets, be involved in forecasting and deliver sales targets.
Develop and demonstrate leadership, motivating and developing Brand team and other company employees.
Effectively manage Brand team though building a system of stimulating, motivation and development of the personnel:
Coordinate and manage the work of Brand assistant, increasing his professional level, level of responsibility, delegating him more BM duties on managing and development of BC`s.
Coordinate and manage the work of Brand training manager, following effective Brand trainings, presentations, following regular work of Training manager with Brand BC`s, be responsible for professional development of Training manager.
Coordinate and manage the work of Brand BC`s, visagists, cosmetologists. Actively include team members to all Brand tasks, to which they could be helpful or which could be delegated.
Demand, achieve, encourage and develop promotional sales initiatives, initiatives which popularize Brand.
Every way contribute to all other departments, especially sales
Being a Management Comity member, focus not only on a Brand values, but also effectively affect common company goals, and day to day company life and every company department.
Delivering clear and in-time reporting of all requested information to HQ, actual informing of HQ about local activities, joint actions with other PC Brands, and Brand needs.
Supporting if image and delivering successful realization of conception of Brand with clients, during promotion campaigns, people management, mainly through clear adhering to visual presentation of Brand image and through organizing of Brand training.
Organization of process of modification and adaptation of marketing plan and rules of visual presentation of Brand concerning local environment, on conditions that main principles of Brand will be maintained.
5+ years of successful experience on Brand/Trade dept within international company;
managerial experience is required;
Excellent in Excel / PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills.
